Q. Is my credit card information safe?

A.Smugmug handles all aspects of order fulfillment for me, including printing, payment processing and shipping. I do not personally have access to any credit card information. All of your information, including your email address, will be kept private. Orders are filled with a professional lab [EZ Prints] known for its color accuracy and consistency.

Q. What if I am not happy with the quality of the photo prints?

A. As smugmug handles all order fulfillment and printing when ordered directly through the site, they also provide a fantastic print guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason you can contact me or smugmug at help@smugmug.com

Q. Are watermarks shown on the final prints?

A. Final prints will not have the watermark images present. These watermark images are only there to prevent theft of the images while displayed via the internet.

Q. What is Lustre? What about Gloss and Matte formats?

A. The lustre printing option provided through smugmug provides the best of both worlds that gloss and matte prints provide in terms of the colour saturation of gloss, fingerprint resistance of matte and without the glare associated with glass.

A. Yes, image enhancement services are available.
